4. Insurance and Payments We work with major insurance providers, including Medicare and Medicaid. Patients are responsible for any co-pays or private pay balances not covered by insurance.
5. Limitation of Liability Upfront Transportation is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
